I have ordered from you in the past and have both good products and good customer service. I INSTALLED the E Trailer hitch today!! It took most of the day to find the right tools to loosen the six bolts on the 2019 Sprinter. Luckily my neighbor had a torque wrench, and 18mm tools or I would not have been able,to get this done. Another neighbor loaned me his car,Jack to move the hitch in place. Later he helped lift the part into place, as it most,certainly takes two people. The fit is very close, and goes up right next to the tail exhaust pipe.
Now,I have the factory installed Full length Step as well as the heavy duty hitch.
Perfect for bike racks, etc.
This will make it possible for me to haul the electrical components and still have a small bed and a galley in the 144 inch wheel base Mercedes Sprinter. I would not have known how important your hitch is without doing a lot of utube research. Be sure to show in your hitch description that your company designed this EASY to install on a Sprinter hitch product!

Good product, easy to install-was thrown by needed bolts not included from etrailer or Mercedes. I had to research and find on my own. Boltdepot.com is a good resource.
Perfect fit 2024 sprinter crew with factory step bumper. No modifications to vehicle. Needs to be lifted fairly straight up onto both sides of the frame at the same time. Little tough by yourself but not too bad with it blocked up close to the frame then you can start one side then the other. Great video on e trailer that shows how simple it is to install.
After a year and 20,000 miles thru basically 2 winters with snowy, muddy and salty roads I don’t have sign of rust.

Perfect fit and super easy install! I was a little worried that I had ordered the wrong thing because the instructions say it’s meant for sprinters with factory installed bumper step, and states it doesn’t fit passenger vans. Mine is a passenger van and doesn’t have a bumper step. Still fit. Took about 20 min to install.
I purchased this hitch for a 2013 Mercedes Sprinter with factory step bumper. After reading the description and some research, this appeared to be the best choice for my needs. I am happy to say that it was a great choice; the fit was perfect, the construction is solid, and paint is professional. The unit arrived timely and had good instructions included with the needed hardware to finish the installation, which took about 45 min.

After a year of use and towing several different trailers, this hitch is still working perfect and looks new. Great product and would purchase again if needed without hesitation.
It worked out great. It was a direct great fit for my 2025s sprinter with the rear step
Went on my 2020 sprinter with factory rear step with ease. Just remove the 3 nuts on each side. No need to remove the bolts, just pull them back enough to push the hitch up into place. Then push the bolts back in. One minor issue, the bolt head of the supplied hardware is 19mm and not 18mm like the nut and the factory bolts and nuts.
Fit was good, would be 5 stars, but there is no provision for a trailer plug. Had to drill and nutsert the holes to mount a trailer plug
I purchased this for a customers 2026 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 170" WB, with Step Bumper. It fit like a glove. Now we just need Etrailer to update their system to show it fit.
